- 3/18/15 - Question from Industry: When will the Solicitation and Instruction to offerors be publicized? Answer: The solicitation and instruction to offerors is estimated to be published between 27 Mar-07 April. I cannot guarantee this timeframe as it is dependent on a number of factors such as Legal and Peer Review. 3/18/15 - Question from Industry: Is this the only Solicitation? If so, is Sunday, 22 Mar the date that quotes are due? Answer: This is not a solicitation. This Synopsis to inform interested parties that a Solicitation is coming soon for the requested services and location.
