- NOTE: Critical changes to this synopsis and information are as follows: 1. The Small Business size is 27.5 million. 2. The Solicitation will be issue with a Base Bid that will include one or more Alternatives in the order of priority. The estimated Cubic Yards will range from 1,413,000 to 2,051,000. The Production Rate will be 15,000 cubic yards per day (600,000 cubic yards per month). The amount of funds available for this project at the beginning of Bid Opening will be the controlling factor in determining the low Bidder. The Period Of Performance will be 150 calendar days. 3. The magnitude of this project is over $10,000,000. 4. The Solicitation will be released on are about approximately 3 April 2015. 5. This is still Pipeline Dredging and an Unrestricted procurement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract to provide pipeline dredging, deep draft to remove approximately 847,900 cubic yards, under Schedule No. 1 and 482,400 cubic yards for one(1) option, for a total of 1,330,300 cubic yards, of maintenance material, satisfactory disposal thereof, and other operations incidental thereto, from the Brazos Island Harbor, Texas, Brownsville Ship Channel, Inside Channel, And Port Isabel Channel, and Cameron County, Texas. Period of Performance is 70 calendar days for Schedule No. 1 with a production rate of approx. 15,000 cubic yards per day, (600,000 cubic yards per month). This project will consists of 1 Option with the same production rate. The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 September 2014.
