Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this sources sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Electrocardiography Diagnosis System (ECG/EKG). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334510. The Product Service Code is 6515. This notice is for planning purposes and a solicitation is not available at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. This announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources relative to NACIS 334510. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Federal Supply Schedule holders, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HUB-Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business, are encouraged to respond. Protection of Computer Equipment, confidentiality of patient information, and the integrity of computer software/data at participating Medical Centers are essential. Software installed on each system is copyrighted and copying of software for use elsewhere is prohibited. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform/supply this product, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, size standard, and socio-economic status; and 2) tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort.
