- RFQ Spec Sheet This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation HSFLGL-15-Q-00154 is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423620 and small business size standard of $100 employees. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The Government will award a single firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) has a requirement for 15-Ton HP Dual Circuit Heat Pump Condensing Unit; 480V 3 phase Model 38AUQB16-A0P6-0A0C0. See attachment RFQ for full details and requirements with all applicable provisions and clauses. Also note spec sheet for detailed product information. Questions will be accepted via email only no later than March 17, 2015. Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format via email to roger.charnock@fletc.dhs.gov. All quotes are DUE by March 18, 2015: 4:00 PM (EST). NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the SAM.gov database. This requirement is FOB destination all quotes should include shipping in line item price.
