- We will be holding a site visit for this solicitation on Wednesday, 18 March 2015 @1000 hours. We will meet at the main gate for Rose Barracks. If you require gate access you will need to provide the following information to our office NLT 1000 hours on Monday, 16 March 2015 to ensure your entry on base for this site visit: Name of individual(s) attending site visit Personalausweisnummer or Passport number/Country of Issue Birthdate Please provide this information to David Dvorak @ 09641-83-7303, david.l.dvorak.civ@mail.mil or Andy Hilliard @ 09641-83-8733, william.a.hilliard1.civ@mail.mil Ensure you bring your Personalausweisnummer or Passport with you on 18 March as well. If you already have gate access, ensure you bring your required documentation with you to gain entry on base as you would normally do. We will proceed as a group to the first location. We will be looking at Bldg 1660 B at Michigan Ct and Bldg 840 8-2 Beethovenstrasse Vilseck. After finishing at those locations we will proceed to locations in the Grafenwoehr area. The specific address will be provided prior to leaving Rose Barracks. Due date and bid opening date remains 02 April 2015 however, the time has changed from 1000 hours to 1400 hours. Please make note of this change. Maintenance of Government Quarters, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community - Rose Barracks, GERMANY, EUROPE. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount for the first year of Euro 50,000 and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 5,500,000.00 for the entire contract period. Contract period will be approximately: 01 July 2015 - 30 June 2020. 40% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. Work will be performed in GERMANY, EUROPE and the contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorized to do business in Germany). Solicitation will be available on the internet at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on approximately 15 January 2015. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
