Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKING LEASE FOR A SLEEP TESTING AND EDUCATION CENTER The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 18) desires to establish a sleep testing and education center in El Paso, Texas in order to provide our veterans in the El Paso area with quality medical care. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Contractors to lease up to 9200 net usable square feet (NUSF) fully serviced to the Department of Veterans Affairs in El Paso, Texas. The facility shall be physically located within the delineated area of: North: TransMountain Rd East: 375 Loop South I-10 West: I-10 Historically lease contracts have been priced on a per NUSF bases. Contract period is date of award for up to 4 years with termination rights. The NAICS is 531120; size standard is $38.5 million in gross receipts. An Industry Day to provide further information regarding this requirement will be held on March 30, 2015 from 9:30 am MST until 11:30 am MST in Training Room A located at the El Paso VA Health Care System, 5001 N. Piedras, El Paso, TX 79930. Directions and Instructions to enter the El Paso VA Health Care System: All attendees must enter through the Fred Wilson Gate. As you enter the property from the Fred Wilson light you will turn right and proceed up the hill. Follow the road up to Piedras St. Follow Piedras until it dead ends and you must turn right (the Helipad will be on your left). Follow this road until you reach the main parking areas. Enter the El Paso VAHCS through the main entrance (which is the 3rd Floor). Once through the Security check-in go straight ahead to the elevators. Take the elevator to the first floor. When you exit the elevator you must go right and then right again. Proceed down to the end of the hall by the security check-in. Turn left down the hall and look for Training Room A on the left side of the hall. You must have a valid Government ID that can be scanned (preferably your driver's license) available when entering through the Access Control Point. They do inspections of vehicles from time to time so you must have your insurance and registration in the vehicle You may also attend telephonically by dialing 1-855-767-1051 and entering access code 71106173 followed by the # sign.
