PROJECT 640-15-112 DESCRIPTION: Provide complete construction services for renovating fast track exam rooms to staff lockers and renovating existing exam rooms. Specifications, drawings, and scope of work will be made available when the solicitation is posted to FBO. The project is located at 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, Building 100. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 150 days from Notice To Proceed MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000 Bids are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
