- Sources Sought: RFI 2015 BioWatch Workshop The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Affairs (OHA) has a requirement for complete meeting support to include residential training facilities for its annual National BioWatch Stakeholders' Workshop (The Workshop). Vendor facilities must be capable of providing lodging, meals, general and breakout meeting space, as well as audiovisual support for up to 600 attendees. Attendance to this workshop will be by invitation only from DHS OHA. The Workshop is expected to take place within the October/November 2015 timeframe and will last for three and a half days and four nights. Information submitted in response to this RFI must be emailed to Carla.Davis@hq.dhs.gov by 10:00 AM EST, Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Ensure that your response provides the following information in the subject line: "Company Name" response to RFI: 2015 National BioWatch Stakeholder's Workshop. Your responses must be in the Q&A (Microsoft Word) format provided below. Please do not submit a PDF document. There is no page limit to the Q&A portion of your response. However, any additional brochures, flyers and information outside of the Q&A format, shall be limited to 5 pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response. No phone calls please. NOTE: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) BEING RELEASED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION, MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES. It does not constitute an RFP and/or RFQ or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Office of Health Affairs is not at this time seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. At this time, proprietary information is not being requested, and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this RFI. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
