- Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. SIZ120-15-Q-0009 To: Prospective Quoters Subject: Request for Quotations Number SIZ120-15-Q-0009 The U.S. Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center has a requirement for gymnastic items. Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No.: SIZ120-15-Q-0009. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "RFQ Solicitation Number SIZ120-15-Q-0009 - Quotation Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer, Mr. James Oden via email to the following email address: BDSCProcurement@state.gov not later than 16:00 hours Baghdad time on (or before) March 20th, 2015. No quotation will be accepted after this time. Prospective Offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) is required prior to contract award in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management. Offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
