The HERO sensors must have a fiber optic fast response time temperature probe for electrically explosive device (EED) tests ( less than 10 mS); provide complete immunity to Radio Frequency from 10kHz to 60GHz; be 1.37 meter long with PVC sheathing; ST connector; 3mm long bare fiber tip. The sensing unit must be small scale for bridge wire assembly and temperature sensing for HERO/RADHAZ applications and must be equal or better than Opsens Part # OTG-R. The RadSens unit must provide individual 5V analog outputs. Have 8 or more modules for measuring and a display capable of showing measurements from each module simultaneously. Provide high speed 1000 Hz sampling rate. Have an Ethernet RJ-45 connector for real time data with no loss of accuracy due to conversion between digital to analog. Have an internal current source up to 800mA for calibration of sensors and ability to make high speed simultaneous temperature measurements. The unit must be equal or better than Opsens Part # PSC-D. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought RFI.
