- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking potential sources of supply for Evaporator Assemblies. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336992 - Military Armored Vehicle, Tank, and Tank Component Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 7,500 employees. The Evaporator Assemblies must be manufactured per the attached specifications (manufacturer information supplied on the specifications). P/N: 13502563:18876, Evaporator Assembly, QTY: 3 EA In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), Service Disable Vet, HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4) GSA contract number if applicable (5) Indicate whether you are a distributor or a manufacturer of the material on this RFI. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available. If your firm is capable of the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Justin W. Burke by 1100 EST on 13 March 2015.
