Description

Full Solicitation Package SF-18, Request for Quotation The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the Hebgen Lake Ranger District Office, Highway 191, West Yellowstone, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Services are to be provided in one building of approximately 3,820 square feet. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for office, copier rooms, break rooms, bathroom and the conference rooms. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. The requirements listed in this solicitation have not changed from the current contract, which is due to expire May 31, 2015. The current contract award amount for a base plus four option years is $42,534.00. There is NO formal site visit for this solicitation.
