- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a firm fixed-price sole source contract with a period of performance of one (1) base year with an additional four (4) one-year option periods on the basis of other than full and open competition for the operation of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) Secure Flight Program for software maintenance and support to Infoglide Software Corporation located at 6500 River Place Blvd., Building II, Suite 101, Austin, Texas 78730, attention Mr. Gary Seeger (512) 532-3500. The sole source contract will be a follow-on for software maintenance and support that was previously procured under TSA Contract # HSTS02-11-C-TTC101 that was awarded on 12/30/2010, with a total Period of Performance of 1/4/2011 to 11/3/2015. Infoglide currently provides existing proprietary software capability and functionality that is currently implemented within the Secure Flight System. The sole source contract will maintain the license agreement as well as operations and maintenance. The government will receive continued software license ownership; real-time new release installs patches and technical customer service support. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on the basis of other than full and open competition, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Interested parties may assert their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received via email within eight (8) calendar days of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed sole source contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses to this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
