- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-15-NC-0053 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached incorporated provisions and clauses are applicable to this requirement. NAICS 334512 - Size Standard 500 employees. The Drug Enforcement Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for annual maintenance on the building management system located in Fairfax, VA for the period of 3/5/15-3/4/16. The maintenance shall be provided on the following system/equipment: Tridum Software License and BMS Modules/Protocol Routers: • 2013 SoftCase Sever License • Soft Case 10M • L-IP Router • BacNet IP Client • Modbus IP Client • 1 RS-485 serial port • ECL-600/400 Modules • Niagara station and web user interface • oBIX client/server and Niagara network (fox) client/server • temperature sensors • Equipment connected: generator, UPS, HVAC units, ATS, Environmental sensors in ceiling and under floor (12 combo sensors), PDUs The maintenance shall include: • Online troubleshooting • Software updates • Technical support • Emergency Response Services • Quarterly site visits with semi-annual system check and complete system backup • Written reports • Corrective maintenance and component replacement (at additional cost) • A dedicated account engineer A site visit will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 2:00pm EST. This will provide an opportunity for offerors to visit the site conditions, and view the system and equipment. In order to attend, the offer shall register for the site visit by sending the company name and individual attendee name(s) to claire.w.rotruck@usdoj.gov by February 25, 2015 at 2:00pm. This is the only available opportunity to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm fixed price purchase order. All quotes will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Questions shall be submitted electronically to claire.w.rotruck@usdoj.gov no later than March 2, 2015 at 2:00pm EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.w.rotruck@usdoj.gov no later than the deadline of March 6, 2015 at 11:00am EST.
