- U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MO City: KANSAS CITY Delineated Area: North: NE Parvin Road East: I435 South: Hwy 210 West: Hwy 1 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10080.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10584.0 Space Type: Office (3080 USF ABOA), Warehouse (7000 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 Firm Term: 36 Soft Term: 24 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (3080 USF ABOA), Warehouse (7000 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in KANSAS CITY, MO. The current lease will be expiring 09/25/2015. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
