Description

This project calls for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the repair of Rooms E1-276, A2-100, and A2-103; located in Buildings 100 and 101, at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Avenue; Palo Alto, CA 94304. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
