Description

PLEASE READ: THIS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AND NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE BELOW MENTIONED DATE. Description: The Forest Service, Southwest Region intends to award a contract for the Prescott Air Tanker Base Improvements. In conjunction with the Forest Service improvements, the City of Prescott intends to solicit and award a contract for the Prescott (PRC) Apron Reconstruction. The work for both contracts will be performed simultaneously, and offerors are required to submit responses to both solicitations. The work for the Forest Service portion includes construction of a third retardant loading pit, expansion of the small craft parking, improvements at the helibase, and all associated utility work. All work will be performed in accordance with FAA standards and compliance requirements. The project is located at the Prescott Airport 2400 Melville Drive, Prescott, AZ 86301. This project is a full and open competition under NAICS code 237310. The magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation shall be posted on or about March 17, 2015.
