Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation, set-aside 100% for small business, for Diagnostic Medical Physicist Services for the Robert J Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS 67218. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541380 and the Business Size Standard is $15 million. The solicitation number is VA255-15-Q-0339. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. Contract period will be for a one year base period beginning April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2015, with four 1-year renewal option years. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about February 27, 2015. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be March 11, 2015 by 5pm CT.
