Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The contractor shall provide all labor tools, materials, transportation and equipment to: oThe contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to make repairs to the following: oTo replace 60' 2" of steam lines oCap old system and reconnect all radiators affected by this replacement. oTo replace 20' of condensate return oComponents in steam piping system such as valves, traps, and strainers. oSeal penetrations oInsulate piping using fiberglass orestore site to original condition This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB's). All prospective contractors must be verified on the Center for Veterans Enterprises (CVE) website, www.vetbiz.gov, to be considered for award. The solicitation, will be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be issued on/about 10 March 2015 and closed on or about 25 March 2015. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, of the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to SDVOSB construction firms. The project magnitude range is less than $25,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220. Time for completion is 90 days after Notice to Proceed.
