Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a planned solicitation to be posted on or about February 24, 2015. It is for brand name or equal. Any vendor(s) who are submitting an equivalent to the specified items must submit a detailed analysis of any/all differences with the specified items to include a brochure and spec sheet of any equivalent being bid. This package must be submitted with your bid submission. Failure to submit the required equivalency package with your bid submission may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive and therefore rejected. Any vendor(s) who are submitting an equivalent to the specified battery must submit their battery before award of this contract to determine if it performs to the VA's satisfaction in the bedside monitors. Please refer to attached RFQ for further instructions and guidelines. The items are described as follows: SB-671P battery for MU-671RA Bedside Monitor, quantity of 90.
