Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement shall be conducted under FAR Parts 12 Commercial Acquisitions and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award to this solicitation shall be based on the offeror's ability to provide those specific supplies and services stated in the solicitation. Solicitation number VA262-15-Q-0501 is issued as a "Brand Name or Equal" request for quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Small Business vendors who are capable of providing the requirement described within this solicitation. Small business firms shall be registered with and verified in https://sam.gov to be eligible for award. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 and the selected Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7030. The Small Business size standard is $38.5 M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on Wednesday, March 4 at 08:00 PST.
