- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various medical supplies (see attached list) for MEDCOM Korea. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will end on 30 April 2016. NAICS code is 339112. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to Wendi.t.young-asao.civ@mail.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all items listed and provide a current copy of your price list for all the items NO LATER THAN 4 MARCH 2015, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the item(s) listed in the attached to be considered for this BPA.
