- 26 Feb 15 Pre-Solicitation Teleconference and One-on-One Meeting Notification for Consolidated Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Modifications, Maintenance, and Operations (CAMMO) Program The Space and Missile Systems Center and the 50th Space Wing are pleased to announce a Pre-Solicitation Teleconference on Thursday, 5 March 2015 from 09:00 to 10:00 AM MST to discuss the Revised Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Consolidated Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Modifications, Maintenance, and Operations (CAMMO) Program. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information on changes between the previous Draft RFP postings to the Bidder's Library and the Revised DRFP. This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. In conjunction with the CAMMO Pre-Solicitation Teleconference, the Government will be accepting requests for One-on-One meetings on 5 March 2015. These meeting will be in teleconference format, between the hours 12:00 and 3:00 PM MST and will be limited to 30 minutes in length. The Government requests that only those businesses who intend to prime on CAMMO request One-on-One meetings. If teaming arrangements are being considered, prime contractors may include members from their teaming partners in the meetings. Potential offerors contemplating attendance at the CAMMO Pre-Solicitation Teleconference and/or One-on-Ones should contact Lt. Dan Beckett, Government Point of Contact (GPOC), via email by 1:00 PM MST on 4 March 2015. The Government requests that a single point of contact be provided for the purposes of providing teleconference information and to schedule One-on-Ones. If an e-mail confirming receipt of your submission is not received, please contact the Lt. Daniel Beckett prior to 1630 MST on 4 March 2015. Submitters are strongly encouraged to initiate contact with the GPOC if a confirmation email is not received. Government Contact Information: Lt. The Government intends to post the Revised DRFP via the CAMMO Bidder's Library only. Should your company not have access to the CAMMO Bidder's Library, please refer to the FBO posting, CAMMO Bidders' Library Instructions, dated 24 February 2014 for instructions to gain access to CAMMO Bidders' Library. The POC for CAMMO Bidders' Library access is Sarah Vollbracht, sarah.vollbracht@us.af.mil. The Procuring Contracting Officer and the CAMMO acquisition IPT will not be entertaining communications or meeting requests from industry after close of business 5 March 2015 and this will remain in effect through the posting of the RFP. The Government anticipates holding a Pre-Proposal Conference after releasing the Final RFP. The information provided may or may not result in further action. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this information or otherwise pay for the information requested except as an allowable cost under an existing contract, if so identified and in accordance with FAR 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal Costs.
