- **********The Purpose of this Clarification to Solicitation No. DTFAWA-15-R-00013 Amendment 01 is to accomplish the following action: Extend the deadline to February 26, 2015 ****No other changes have been made to the SIR.*** In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Sec. 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for FAA ™s intent to have open competition under GSA Schedule 899.1. The FAA is conducting follow on procurement for Environmental Consulting which were previously provided by ICF INCORPORATED LLC contract DTFAWA-09-F-00094. Period of Performance of this contract ends March 29, 2015. FAA anticipates the award of a (5) five year period of performance for this contract from the date of award; with a base year of twelve (12) consecutive months, and four (4) one year option periods, utilizing Time-and-Material/Labor-Hour. The Agency is requesting expert consultative support in the area of environmental analysis of space launch and reentry transportation activities and overall performance and evaluation of the environmental review program.
