- U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with AAI Corporation 124 Industry Lane Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342 for the teardown and evaluation of the (2) two Baringa 4C P/N EU00051-03-FG. The proposed action is for a commodity purchase for which the Government does not own specifications to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Firms that feel they can provide this commodity or equal are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be released a non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 13.
