Description
1. Introductory paragraph. This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. 2. Background. Camp Atterbury located in Edinburgh Indiana needs leased Bus support for training exercise. (no drivers needed) 3. Purpose and Objectives. Wanting to lease 22 each 44pax passenger buses for 1 month. 4. Project requirements. Buses must be delivered and picked up at Camp Atterbury. Replacement bus must be available within 24 hours should any mechanical problems arise. Bus must NOT state the word "school" anywhere outside of bus. 5. Anticipated period of performance. 16th APRIL 2015 - 15th MAY 2015 6. Other important considerations. No Credit Cards will be utilized. Invoicing will go through the WAWF system. Must be registered in SAM. 7. Capability statement /information sought. (a)Respondents must provide, as part of their response, a "capability statement" providing information as to current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work; (b) prior completed projects of similar nature; (c) corporate experience and management capability; and (d) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and any other related information; (e)respondents' DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, etc) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code;(f) any other information that may be helpful in regards to the potential of supporting a future BPA in support of Camp Atterbury's Training exercises. • i. information should be provided electronically NO telephone and facsimile responses will be accepted; • ii. information should be provided in a universal recognized format, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Power Point, etc., in any font / image / style deemed fitting. • iii. There is NO information outline required or how the material should be organized (e.g., cover page, title, index of topics addressed, executive summary, etc.); NON-Formal / Simple is preferred. • iv. NO page limit, • v. NO number of copies of the response required; • vi. date and time responses must be received; As noted in THIS sources sought. • vii. Any respondents' technical and administrative points of contact, including names, titles, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses that may be helpful in answering questions. • viii.
