- Description
- The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter pump test bench equipments and systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. The Contractor shall develop, implement, and execute a Service Order and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to maintain and repair the pump test bench equipments and systems. The Contractor shall provide all necessary test instruments, equipment, and tools required to perform maintenance and repair. The Contractor shall perform any repairs up to ¥300,000 (Labor + Material) for each occurrence at one service call work and at one PM work for pump test bench system(s) at no additional cost to the Government. The Contractor shall notify the KO upon identification that the service order will exceed the liability limits specified below in accordance with reporting requirements in Annex 2. If IDIQ work is issued for repairs, the Government will only pay for the portion of labor and/or material that exceeds the FFP limits. The current facility inventory for FI is provided in J-1502000-02. Site maps are provided in J-0200000-08. The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure pump test bench equipments and systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and functions properly. The Contractor shall receive service orders in accordance with the work reception requirements in Annex 2. The Contractor shall schedule and perform service orders in a way that minimize disruptions to customers and Government operations. The Contractor shall perform service orders to accomplish any work identified within the entire boundary of the installation and will include a wide variety of worK.
