- Solicitation Document for Group Life Insurance Covering Letter for LE Staffs Life Insurance Solicitation The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for life insurance coverage for its local engaged employees. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is presently released. Please see the covering letter & solicitation document for proposal due date and proposal submission instructions.
