- Synopsis; M60169-15-T-J006 Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort South Carolina has a requirement for Maintenance Cart. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code for this requirement is 339999, the Small Business size standard is 500. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78, effective 26 December 2014 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20150129,effective 29 January 2015. The solicitation, (No. M60169-15-T-J006) will be posted on or about ­­­24 February 2015 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
