- RFQ This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-15-T-0037 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. The NAICS Code 332216 and Size Standard 500 employees. The offeror shall provide a firm fixed price offer for Torque Ring Adapters. Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commerical items (June 2003). Responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 23 March 15. Provide responses to Jodi Fields, Code O24J, 4072 N. Jackson Rd, Suite 122, Indian Head, MD 20640, fax (301) 744-6632 or Jodi.fields@navy.mil. (See attached Solicitation) "IF INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS, PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION: by emailing Jodi Fields at Jodi.fields@navy.mil and include the solicitation number N00174-15-T-0037 in the subject line; your name, your organization's name, and contact information (address, phone number and email address). Use your email "read notification" to confirm receipt of your registration email. The Government is NOT responsible for any undelivered email transmissions.
