Description
Statement of Work The contractor shall furnish all tools equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary to complete two emergency exit door security cages for the Controlled Substance area at the Mid South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) at 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127. "For the Controlled Substance area, the contractor shall construct two woven wire cages to secure area's emergency exits during periods when the building is unoccupied. oThe contractor shall install both cages in compliance with 21CFR, Part 1301.72 for a cage located inside a premises oConstruction and style will be coated wire mesh or welded wire mesh. The mesh type shall be not less than 10GA oThe cage shall have a minimum 3 foot opening for the emergency exit oThe cage will have a double, 7 foot tall hinged door on the inside oThe contractor shall install a Best Cylinder keyed lock (less core) on door and a thumb turn on the inside oThe cage shall be covered with wire mesh or welded wire mesh oThe contractor shall tack weld all nuts to prevent disassembly oThe cage shall be approximately 6 foot wide, extend from the wall approximately 4 feet, and shall be approximately 7.5 feet tall oThe contractor shall site verify all measurements oThe VA is providing a sample drawing with this solicitation oThe VA is providing a sample image with this solicitation "The project duration is 45 days oAfter the contractor acquires needed materials for project, the contractor will have two working weeks inside the CMOP to complete this project. oThe CMOP operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. The contractor will provide a proposed work schedule 7 work days prior to any work inside the CMOP. The contractor shall plan work hours during CMOP operating hours. Contractor is responsible for keeping construction area clean.
