The reason for Amendment 000003 is post the information that was contained in Amendment 000001 and Amendment 000002 that did not post to the FBO website correctly. A. FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting (Nov 2011) as cited under FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Dec 2014) was incorporated into this solicitation in Amendment 000001. B. This solicitation was re-opened in Amendment 000001. C. Effective as of this Amendment (Amendment 000003) this solicitation will close at 3:00 pm eastern time on February 23, 2015. D. Quoters who have already submitted quotes do not need to resubmit their quotes unless there is a change to your previously submitted quote. E. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
