Description
Statement of Work - DRAFT. Ex-Libris Voyager Maintenance Support The Library Service (LS) within the Library of Congress (LOC) is conducting market research for the annual license, maintenance and support for the Library's production of Ex-Libris' Voyager databases and additional testing and training databases. This includes the right to use Ex-Libris' Voyager software; 24 X 7 access to Ex Libris customer support; documentation for all versions of the software; upgrades to new versions of the software; ability to submit enhancement requests and problem (software bug) reports; access to the vendor's database of incidents; and consultation on hardware and software configuration. This is for 3 production instances of the Voyager software, clients, and one (1) instance of Media Scheduling module (an add-on). The Library Service (LS) anticipates awarding a single award, five year Firm Fixed Price contracts with a base year and four options years. The anticipated performance period is 8/1/15 to 7/31/20. This notice is provided as information to the market place and is an invitation for potential offerors to express interest and provide information regarding their relevant capabilities. Information submitted in response to this notice may be used as a basis for a future solicitation and/or as a basis for more in-depth research of an organization's capability. The LS seeks capability statements from all sources. Capability Statement Instructions In response to the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW), LS hereby solicits capability statements from eligible contractors. These statements shall be no longer than 5 pages (single-spaced, with a minimum of one-inch margins and 12 point font). Interested parties having the capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements may submit capability statements via the FBO website. This is not an invitation for bid or request for proposal or other solicitation and in no way obligates the Library of Congress to award a contract. The Sources Sought Notice is part of the LOC's's Vendor Communication plan and the sole intent is to obtain capabilities for procurement planning purposes.
