Description: The Marine Corps System Command, Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS), intends to extend existing contract M67854-12-C-8005 on a sole source basis to procure support services for a period of nine (9) months from Cole Engineering Services Inc., 12253 Challenger Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826 for the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) for Software Development and Post-Deployment Software Support (PDSS). Pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services) supported by 10 USC Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) (2) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The estimated value for this procurement is $2,495,237.15. The proposed contract action will extend the current contract (M67854-12-C-8005) from 01 April 2015 to 31 December 2015. The extension will allow the program to continue current and planned software product improvements, testing, fielding, integration, and verification activities that will support Marine Corps training, Joint Live Virtual Constructive Federation and Ulchi Freedom Guardian 2015 exercise.
