Description

Solicitation Document. Please return the SF1449 with your pricing and resume or written qualifications of the individual prepared to start services 1 March 2015. The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using FAR parts 12 & 13, a contract for Physical Therapy (PT) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Fort Bragg Dependents Schools, Fort Bragg, NC. Period of performance beginning date of award through 31 December 2015 with one option year. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-15-T-0014 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
