- Questionnaire This is a sources sought: part of the market research process. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This notice is for planning and information purposes only. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this sources sought. All the information submitted will be considered and treated as public information. The vendor should not include any pricing or proprietary information. This is not a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid or Request for Quote; therefore, responses to this notice will not be accepted as offers. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various business concerns that might be interested to compete. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsive contractors. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized and posted on the FedBizOpps website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor that site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Wyoming Air National Guard is seeking to identify potential contractors qualified to perform Aircraft Washes of 12 C-130 Aircraft. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, travel, freight and other items and services necessary to perform Aircraft Corrosion Prevention Cleaning for twelve (12) C130H aircraft assigned to the 153rd Airlift Wing at Cheyenne Air National Guard (ANG), Cheyenne Municipal Airport (MAP). Washes will be ordered on an as needed basis. This is a competitive small business set-aside. It is anticipated that a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this effort is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation with a size standard of $32.5M. The following information is being requested from interested vendors: A Statement of Capabilities demonstrating the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the work specified above. Please limit your relevant past performance to the past three years only and include the Contract Number(s) or Customer/Company Name. An electronic copy of the firm's capability statement should not exceed five (5) total single-sided pages, single spaced with twelve-pitch font size. Include with your capabilities statement the following information: • Point of contact including phone number, physical address, e-mail address, size standard, and DUNS or Cage Code • Positive statement of interest to submit a bid • Responses to attached questionnaire Interested parties are requested to submit responses to this announcement, via email ONLY, by 4:00pm (MST) on 27 Feb 15. Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided. Any information received will be used solely for the purpose of market research.
