NOTICE OF SOLICITATION CANCELATION The contracting officer is canceling Solicitation VA260-15-Q-0169, Green Plant Maintenance for the Portland VA Health Care System, due to not getting enough qualified SDVOSB vendor submittals. As a result, the contracting officer has determined that we will re-solicit requirement as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under Solicitation # VA260-15-Q-0325. The new solicitation shall be posted on FBO.gov within 3 business days of this notification.
