- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to supply the following items: 0001: One hundred (100) or more each new or refurbished damper, shimmy NSN: 5340-01-361-3224, part number 704AS9836-4. 0002: One hundred (100) or more each new or refurbished damper, shimmy NSN: 5340-01-361-3225, part number 704AS9836-3. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415- Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the Statement of Work, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Kevin Duffy, kevin.a.duffy4.civ@mail.mil by 04 MAR 2015, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
