PRON: AX5F0320AX, NOUN: Seal, Nonmetallic SP; NSN: 5330-01-582-0254; P/N: 70207-85302-111; 75/ each Min Qty/515 each Max Qty on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 75 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 110 each for years 2-5 until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 75 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 110 each for years 2-5 until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
