Description

This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation to replace HVAC system, Hangar G, Facility 1606 located on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL. The required support will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace constant volume AHUs and associated condensers serving the 1st and 2nd floors of the north and south wings of Hangar G. Remove and replace acoustic ceiling grid system at each of the 1st and 2nd floors of the two facility wings; new ceiling is to be located at current ceiling height and shall use existing suspension system. Period of performance is 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The construction magnitude is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on or around 5 March 2015 with a closing date on or around 6 Apr 2015. Anticipated award date is 20 Apr 2015, but no later than 30 Sep 2015 and is subject to availability of funds.
