The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends tto solicit competitively on an unrestricted basis. All repaired components and consumable parts submitted under the contract shall be in compliance with DMWR--1-2840-248-1/-2 (Latest Revision) The subject item(s) require government source approval of critical safety items prior to contract award. Only those sources approved by the NAVSUP WSS prior to award will be eligible for award.
