- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Non-personal services to provide restroom cleanings at the vault restroom in the Trestle Creek Recreation Area, 3 miles north and west of Hope, Idaho, on Highway 200. This amendment revises PWS paragraphs 3.5 Materials; and 4.2 Contractor Furnished Materials and Supplies. See attached amendment for revised PWS. Note: Due to an internal numbering error, this amendment is shown as Amendment 0002. It is actually the FIRST amendment - THERE IS NO Amendment 0001. Offerors are required to acknowledge this amendment. Closing date and time remain unchanged at 2 March 2015 by 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
