Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The contractor shall provide all labor tools, materials, transportation and equipment to remove and replace the roofs above the Bldg 8 bed shop. The contractor shall a. Remove and replace approx. 3200 sf of built up roofing and remove and replace approx. 1200 sf shingled roofing d. Remove approx. 200 lf of fascia. This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB's). All prospective contractors must be verified on the Center for Veterans Enterprises (CVE) website, www.vetbiz.gov, to be considered for award. The solicitation, will be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be issued on/about 13 February 2015 and closed on or about 25 February 2015. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, of the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006. Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is restricted to SDVOSB construction firms. The project magnitude range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238160. Time for completion is 45 days after Notice to Proceed.
