Description

SPECIFICATION/STATEMENT OF WORK OBJECTIVE: Replace the FAA warning lights on top of the water tower and install a photocell at the bottom of the water tower located at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. 1.00 DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT & SERVICES: SOW Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, and materials to repair the existing rigid conduit feeding the FAA warning light, pull new wire from the base of the water tower to the FAA warning light, replace the FAA warning light with a new dual head LED FAA rated fixture, and install a new FAA rated Photocell at the base of the water tower. The contractor will be responsible for removing all old lighting controls. Contractor is responsible for all safety equipment needed to perform this work. Contractor will fence the site while under construction. Contractor shall be responsible to restore all areas to existing state (Walls, Windows, Landscape, etc.).
