Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Carleton Life Support Systems INC. dba Cobham Mission System (Cobham), Davenport, IA. The effort will upgrade components, configuration, and qualification of the V-22 O2N2 Concentrator Test Stands and its subassemblies under existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-12-G-0017. Cobham is the manufacturer of the O2N2 Concentrator Test Stands that are currently on board the V-22 and is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to upgrade components within the test stand. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
