Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sandhill Scientific of Highland Ranch, CO to provide all equipment and supplies necessary for a FibroScan 502 at the Clement J Zablocki VAMC, 5000 West National Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53295. This is a one-time equipment buy for FY15. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 13.5 Test Program, along with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 334510. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer by 2:30pm CST on Wednesday February 11, 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee WI 53214 or via fax to (414) 844-4888. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Sandhill Scientific.
