- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB), Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue solicitation W91247-15-R-0009 for a requirement to replace a 3 quote mark sanitary sewer line for the Child, Youth and School Services (CYSS), located at Bldg 1-4157, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Remove approximately 66 Linear Foot (LF) of a 3 quote mark cast iron pipe and approximately 15 LF of a 4 quote mark cast iron pipe. The requirement will be set-aside for HUBzone small businesses, under NAICS Code 237110, with a size standard of $36.5 Million. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated under solicitation number W9124715-R-0009 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (JUL 2013). Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be on or before 2 March 2015.
