Northeast along Business Route 40 (aka National Pike) which turns into East Main Street. From East Main Street, turn right on to Connellsville Street and follow until it intersects with Route 119. Take Route 119 West to Pittsburgh Road (Route 51) to Smith Road to Old Pittsburgh Road crossing PA Turnpike Route 43 toll road and connecting with Northgate Highway which becomes Matthew Drive. Matthew Drive connects to US 40. Travel US 40 Southward until connecting with Business Route 40 (point of beginning). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,936 Maximum Sq. Ft.
