Description

VA786-15-R-0098 Pre Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services For Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH 45428 RFP VA786-15-R-0098 - The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies (to include Material Safety Data Sheets) necessary to perform the following janitorial services. Responsibilities include: Tile and Vinyl Floors. Carpeted Areas. Door / Walls / Partitions Restrooms / Locker Rooms / Lunch Rooms / Break Rooms CONTRACTOR-PROVIDED SUPPLIES: In adherence to paragraph C.2.A, Contractor shall ensure restrooms and kitchen areas are stocked sufficiently with contractor-provided supplies. The following extra backup supplies shall be stored in janitor's closet but are not limited to: 1.Hand soap for restrooms and kitchen areas 2.Toilet paper for restrooms 3.Hand paper towels for restrooms 4.Rolled paper towels for kitchen area 5.Wastebasket liners for all building waste receptacles Please note that the janitor's closet shall be locked during the day. Project will be for a five (5) years; base period with four (4) one year renewal options if exercised. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-15-R-0098 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 03, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 20, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
