- Amendment 0002 AMENDMENT 0001: This Amendment is issued to allow for Inspection (Ship Check) for Lifeboats at NOB Pier 8 on 11 December 2014 from 1400 - 1600 on the USNS JOHN LENTHALL. Inspection is not mandatory and shall be at the offeror's expense. AMENDMENT 0002: This Amendment is issued to extend the response time to receive final proposals to 17 February 2015 at 1400 EST.
